About us
A consultancy built on clean books, honest advice and fixed fees
SARN Consulting is a tax, financial and business consultancy based at Office No. 7, 3rd Floor, Al-Anayat Mall, Sector G-11 Markaz, Islamabad 44000, Pakistan. We work with businesses, professionals and non-profits across Islamabad, Rawalpindi and the rest of Pakistan, covering everything from company registration and NTN to monthly bookkeeping, FBR filings, audit support, funding and long-term advisory.
Our mission is simple: empower businesses with accurate numbers and practical strategies that drive success. In practice that means your accountant, your tax filer and your advisor see the same books, so the advice you receive is consistent — a pricing change is checked against its tax effect, cash flow and reporting before you adopt it, not after.
Our approach
Most clients come to us after a bad experience: a return filed late, a notice nobody answered, a fee that kept growing after the work was quoted. We structured the firm to make those surprises impossible. Every engagement begins with a free review of your documents. We then quote a fixed fee in writing before any work starts, and the scope of that fee is spelled out line by line.
Second, we anchor every recommendation in your accounting and tax reality rather than generic templates. Because the same team sees your books, your compliance calendar and your plans, the advice is joined-up. Third, we stay reachable — calls and messages are answered during monday – saturday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, and if FBR sends you a notice on work we filed, handling it is our job, not a new invoice.

Sectors we serve
Our client base spans the full spectrum of Pakistan's economy — from a salaried teacher filing her first return to a trading group importing machinery. The common thread is that every client gets the same disciplined process.
Small and medium businesses
Traders, retailers, wholesalers and service firms that need registration, bookkeeping and FBR filing handled reliably every month, without hiring an in-house department.
Salaried professionals and freelancers
Employees, consultants and overseas Pakistanis who must file correctly, claim every allowable credit and answer FBR notices with confidence.
Startups and new companies
Founders incorporating with SECP who need the full checklist done once, correctly — NTN, sales tax, bank accounts, labor compliance — so the company is bankable from day one.
Importers, exporters and traders
Businesses dealing with customs, sales tax on imports and exports, and the web of withholding rules that applies to cross-border trade.
NGOs, trusts and microfinance institutions
Non-profits and microfinance applicants who face specialised registration, approval and reporting requirements that generalist firms rarely handle.
Established companies and groups
Larger businesses that need audit-ready books, corporate finance advisory, HR outsourcing and ISO-certified management systems as they scale.
Practice areas
Our work is organised into four practice areas: tax and accounting, registration and compliance, advisory and growth, and technology and security. Each service has its own page describing exactly what is included, how the process runs and what it typically costs — start from the full list of services or call 0337 0646536 and we will point you to the right one.
The future, as we see it
Pakistan's tax and regulatory environment is digitising fast — FBR e-filing, e-invoicing, online SECP processes. Businesses that keep clean, digital records will find compliance cheap and financing accessible; businesses that do not will find both increasingly expensive. We are building SARN around that future: disciplined bookkeeping, automation where it removes repetitive work, and advice that keeps clients ahead of deadlines instead of chasing them.
